High-grade seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes are important products in the seamless steel market. The number of companies who depend and relay on the efficient and professional cooperation of SBER is growing steadily throughout the world. One of the highest priorities in SBER is protecting health and safety of all our collaborators, the environmental care and keeping the quality of our products and services on the highest level. For this reason, SBER holds several approvals for the manufacture of its seamless tubes and pipes and it delivers tubular products complying international standards.

Moreover, each product which leaves our factory in Ternitz is provided with a product certificate, which is presented to the customer upon delivery. This ensures that the quality-controlled production at SBER is traceable for each customer. SBER, like each of the Tubacex Group business units worldwide, has a minimum of one laboratory for product chemical analysis mechanical and corrosion testing to guarantee that the products meet the quality and technical specifications required by our customers.

The Tubacex Group permanently is performing significant efforts in innovation. The group has a corporate innovation unit focused on product R&D projects and development projects for the different industrial plans of Group companies, in which technological development is promoted. The central R&D laboratory, located in Spain, is accelerating the development by enriching metallurgical and metallographic knowledge, which is key for the development of new materials and processes. The main equipment of the R&D laboratory are microscopes (FESM, Field Emission Scanning Microscope; and LM, Light Microscope) and a microhardness tester.
